4. How Long Do We Keep Your Data? (Retention Periods)
We retain personal data no longer than necessary for the purposes for which it was collected, in compliance with Dutch law:
- Client and project data: 7 years after the end of the contract (required by Dutch tax law — Belastingdienst)
- Contact and enquiry data (non-clients): 12 months from the date of last contact
- Website analytics data: As defined in our Cookie Policy (typically 13 months)
- Financial records and invoices: 7 years (Wet bewaarplicht administratie)
After the retention period expires, your data will be securely deleted or anonymised.
5. Who Do We Share Your Data With?
We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal data. We may share data with trusted third-party processors only where strictly necessary:
